- Green coffee extract - made from unroasted coffee beans. The fruits of the coffee plant are traditionally processed and, after the pericarp is removed, dried to obtain the best quality grey-green beans. By skipping the roasting process, many compounds of the green coffee remain intact, including its valuable chlorogenic acid (CGA).
- L-carnitine – an amino-acid that is valued and often used by people who lead active lifestyles.
- Chromium - contributes to sustaining a healthy macronutrient metabolism and helps to maintain correct blood glucose levels.

1. Add the contents of the sachet into a cup, pour over hot, but not boiling water, and stir.
