Monastic herbs tonic recommended to improve digestion  is composed of carefully selected herbal extracts known for their health-promoting properties. The composition of mint, dill, artichoke and dandelion has a positive effect on the functioning of the alimentary canal, especially the intestines, stomach and liver, and supports the secretion of digestive juices.  

Peppermint leaf (Mentha piperita L.) supports natural digestive processes and intestinal peristalsis, which contributes to proper functioning of the alimentary canal. It has muscle-relaxing properties and supports correct intestinal peristalsis, which helps eliminate the feeling of fullness and bloating.

Artichoke leaf (Cynara scolymus L.) supports body detoxication and proper functioning of the liver. It helps maintain proper level of blood cholesterol. It also has a positive effect on the secretion of digestive juices, which helps maintain digestive comfort.

Fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare) helps eliminate the feeling of fullness and bloating, has a positive effect on digestive processes contributing to proper functioning of the alimentary canal. It stimulates the appetite.

Dandelion root (Taraxacum officinale)  supports natural body detoxication. It contributes to the maintenance of proper functions of the digestive tract, including the liver and gallbladder, and has a positive effect on maintaining the proper pH in the stomach. It also has prebiotic properties.
